If any new product you purchase from Wacky’s Audiotronic requires a warranted repair within 30 days of your original purchase date, we will replace it with a new one, No Charge! Product Performance Guarantee does not apply to items marked “as is” on your sales receipt. In such cases the product will be repaired under the applicable original manufacturers warranty.

NO HASSLE REFUND POLICY
For most purchases, Wacky Wheatley’s TV & Stereo would be happy to exchange or give you a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Digital Cameras, Desktop Computers, Notebook Computers and accessories for these categories are eligible for full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in like new condition with original sales receipt, all original packaging, accessories, manuals and any bonus merchandise that may have been provided at time of purchase. If not, a minimum restocking fee of 15% of purchase price will be charged or the return denied altogether.

Computer Software, Video Games and all other Software products must be returned unopened with original sales receipt within 14 days to receive a full refund. Original merchandise found to be defective may be exchanged for the same title only.

Where a computer printer has been opened and cartridges installed, there can be exchanges only with the printer. The same applies to any other product sold with consumables.

Cell phone and satellite returns and refunds fall under the sole discretion of the service providers.

Delivery, Installation and other fees for services performed are nonrefundable after the service has been completed.

30 DAY PRICE PROTECTION
If within 30 days (15 days for Digital Cameras, Computers, Monitors, Notebooks and related accessories) of your purchase with us, you find a competitor advertising a lower price on available product of the same brand and exact model, we’ll happily refund the difference.

To receive your refund, simply bring us verification of the lower advertised price plus your original Wacky’s Audiotronic sales receipt. Once our Sales Associate is able to verify that the item is in stock, available for immediate sale and delivery at the advertised price at the advertising competitor’s store, you will receive your refund.

The advertised product must be of the same brand and model, be new; factory sealed and carry a manufacturer’s Canadian warranty.

Our 30 Day Price Protection does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, OEM products, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidation, clearances and special financing offers
